Pecan Community Association Inc is a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative A 501(c)3. Members own one share and one vote which equates to a percentage share of the entire community. What this means is that the members own the Park. We have an elected Board of Directors along with a Management Company 360 Community Management. We have 128 Homes in our community with a clubhouse, pool and hot tub.
